In 2017 the yacht company "Capestan" for the first time conducts a charity event at its regatta with the help of its Charity Partner of the "Do it!" Platform. Each racing crew can dedicate their participation in the Regatta Cantina Croatia 2017 charity and raise funds to the charity fund of Russia of their choice. We are pleased to participate in this initiative and set ourselves the goal to perform well and do a good deed. All of us together believe that our actions have more meaning than we can imagine. Zhenya (radiogeny and starop) and Sveta (beauty and school) Smirnov, Vanya (strict skipper), Grigory (seasoned helmsman) and Anna (blond navigator) Starostina, Pasha Konev (solar tank), Vanya Semagin (the soul of the company and the school) and Ilya Lantsov (the power unit of the crew and the school personnel). We've known each other for many years and will fight for victory until the end! Support us in our sporting and charitable purpose !!! All the money collected during the regatta will be transferred by the "Do it" team to the "Love Syndrome" fund, which collects funds for the project of supporting families where children with Down's syndrome are growing from 3 to 7 years old. The appearance of a "sunny" child in the family always puts parents in special conditions, at first mothers learn to take care of children in view of their characteristics, and then a moment comes when it is necessary not only to support the child with their care, but also to prepare it for existence in society. It is at this point in particular that the help of specialists is needed: psychologists, speech therapists, defectologists. Just such consultations are provided by specialists of the Downside Up Family Support Center. As a result of such meetings, teachers make up individual programs of work with children for a certain period. It is very important that not only children from Moscow can get help, but also from regions where such services are not available! Team Do it!
