Swim 181 kilometers is not a joke. This is a real challenge and overcoming yourself. Such a unique swim will take place on August 18-22 in Samara in the water area of the Volga River. For the third time, the unique five-day X-WATERS Samara swim for a marathon distance of 100 nautical miles (181 km) starts. Every day, swimmers will cover 30-40 km along the Volga, swimming continuously from morning to evening. The difficulty of the route and the length of the distance make the swim an endurance adventure. There are no analogues of such a swim in Russia. But the most important thing is not even this incredible distance. The most important thing is the purpose of this swim, and it is not only sports. For several years in partnership with the organizers of swimming starts X-WATERS and the fundraising platform "Do it!" sports fundraising is developing. Swimmers can devote their start to good deeds - create Actions on the platform and help various charitable foundations in the country. During the operation of the platform since 2016, thanks to such an association of sports and charity, more than 27 million rubles have been collected, these funds were used to help wards of Russian non-profit organizations. This time, the heroes again go to an incredible start in Samara. Participants in the swim created Actions on the Do It! Fundraising platform. The ultra-runners will swim this serious distance to help the young wards of the All All Together Foundation - 14-year-old Yegor Krivitsky from Volgograd and 6-year-old Alisa Agapova from Yaroslavl. With the funds raised, Yegor and Alisa will be made modern comfortable hand prostheses at the Motorika company.
