Hello, my name is Irina Mikhailova, and this year I decided to run at the Ufa International Marathon 21.1 km. But for a month and a half before the race my beloved husband broke his leg. And in a moment the simplest things became incredibly complex. Training had to be postponed, because all the load around the house, the care of the child and her husband lay on my shoulders. Awareness of the fragility and importance of health became the impetus for me to participate in the project "Begupomogu". And on September 2 at the Ufa International Marathon I will run in favor of the Trust Fund "Markhamat" of the Urals, so that he once again went to the start of his marathon! History of Satybayev Ural Ural is a special child, and plus to this, he does not talk. Therefore, he studies at home and attends the Center for Child Development "Markhamat". He really likes group classes, because the child lacks communication with peers. During the year of visiting the group, the Ural has learned to do work in the kitchen, and he likes it very much. He likes to clean potatoes, cut salads and wash dishes. Ural very much likes to attend lessons in needlework, can sit for hours and make something from paper or sculpt it from plasticine. Thanks to the activities at the Center and the enormous hard work of teachers, the Urals is making progress in development.
