This year Primorye is struggling with a monstrous flood of magnitude. The roads are washed out, the villages are flooded, people are cut off from each other and often escape from the water on the roofs of their houses. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Measures and volunteers are engaged in saving people who are in an emergency situation, but there is never much help. We are RunDnsRun running club, organizers of the first Vladivostok international marathon 2016, charitable foundation of Vladmama and team of fundraising project Do it! - We believe that every indifferent person can contribute to the support of those affected by the disaster. Professional runners and amateur runners, as well as their friends - this is one of the most conscious and organized sports communities in Russia. Vladivostok Marathon for them is not only an opportunity to run 42, 21 or 5 km, participate in the children's race, the race for people with disabilities and Ekidene (passing the distance of the marathon relay race). It's not just an occasion to be proud of yourself, it's a chance to help people. At the age of 14, a person with a very complicated disease - leukemia (bone marrow disease) - also lost her mother. But Anya continues to fight for life. Despite all the difficulties and pain, she finds the strength to volunteer, taking an active part in the activities of the fund "Save life." A person just wants to live like all of us, to rejoice, learn, run and laugh. But for this, she needs expensive drugs, which are not funded. I believe that among us there are no people indifferent to the fate of others, to the fate of those who so need help. To help Ana and collect some of the funds, on September 24 I run 21.1 km. Together we raised funds for this girl and a complicated neurosurgical operation to clamp the aneurysm of the basilar artery in Finland, after which an undesirable complication arose - ischemia in the brainstem area. Later, thanks to the national gathering, Masha got the opportunity to return to her homeland, undergo expensive treatment at the MEDEM clinic in St. Petersburg, and later go through several rehabilitation courses in Sestroretsk. The money was collected for the rehabilitation course in Harbin (China), but because of the difficulties with the flight and thanks to the team of specialists in Vladivostok, the rehabilitation was decided to continue in Vladivostok. Doctors note the positive dynamics in the state: now Masha is in full consciousness, emotionally reacts to everything that happens, communicates with her mother through the search of letters on the tablet. She improved the phonation, she began to pronounce individual sounds, said the long-awaited word "mom." She regains swallowing and chewing movements, the volume of movements in the limbs has increased. Now again, rehabilitation in Harbin. And again, I need funds ... Therefore, I run my marathon in support of Masha! Support my act, not indifferent people, I believe in you with all my heart !!!
